Everyone thinks of the normal necessities when moving into a new place, but there are some things you don’t think of right away. Here is a list of some items that you should consider keeping in your new apartment!
Toolkit
You never know when you’re going to need a screwdriver or a hammer. In this toolkit you should keep: flathead & Phillips screwdriver, hammer, nails, wall hooks, tape measure, pliers, adjustable wrench, utility knife, level, & ruler.
Kitchen supplies
This seems like a given, but there are a lot of kitchen supplies out there! Don’t forget these.
Potato peeler, can opener, wine & beer opener, cutting board, scissors, measuring spoons & cups, dish towels, hot pads, meat thermometer, spatula,
and spices.
Blankets & Pillows
You never know when you’re going to have a guest! Make sure you’re prepared with extra blankets and pillows if you have them stay over or if you’re staying in for a cozy movie night
Cleaning Supplies
Make sure you keep some disinfectants, bathroom cleaners, and kitchen cleaners around the house. You never know when you’re going to need them!
